What You’ll Do:

• Plan and implement a diverse range of engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
• Lead daily group activities that foster participation and community spirit

• Develop and maintain a lively monthly activities calendar
• Coordinate special events and celebrations to create memorable experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills and activity planning software
