Job summary

Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of tests for connected solutions, RTLS, UWB/BLE, and RFID technologies. The role involves coordinating with firmware/software teams and energy storage groups, plus DFMEA creation and data analysis.

Travel up to 25% to support testing across locations and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams. Requires 3+ years in test engineering and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering roles in a major OEM (Material handling or others). System-level test experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of sensor selection for testing and electrical circuit design.
• Experience with CANBus protocols and testing; CAN data collection tools.
• Experience with testing and validate wireless/connected systems; test case creation.

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design: Develop or refine test procedures and test cases for defined subsystems and features.
• System & Subsystem Testing: Execute manual and semi-automated tests at bench, HIL, and vehicle level; log data.
• Validation & Compliance: Support validation campaigns to confirm compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Current Product Support: Investigate field or plant issues, reproduce, and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Interaction: Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback on testability and results.
