Job summary

HOLT CAT in Irving, TX is seeking a Technology Solutions Specialist to consult with sales teams and drive the adoption of connected solutions. You will help build the value story, understand customer business needs, and propose the best connectivity solutions to maximize customer success.

You will work with the eSolutions Team, support training efforts, and develop best practices while aligning with Holt's safety and policy standards. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Three or more years of job-related experience required; five or more years preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drives connected solution with existing and new customers supporting sales team.
• Develops standard processes and supports administration of technology products.
• Works with eSolutions Team to drive value and support Holt's strategy.
• Serves as connected technology expert to support Customers, Sales and Service.
• Supports ProTech's technology products internal and customer training sessions.
