Job summary
Honeywell seeks a Technical Consultant for Connected Portables solutions to architect, deploy, and support integrated hardware and software for enterprise customers. This role spans field service, digital solutions, and customer success to ensure adoption of connected gas detection ecosystems.
You will lead design, deployment, onboarding, and advanced troubleshooting across devices and Safety Suite/cloud platforms, with a focus on real-time monitoring, compliance reporting, and predictive
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Industrial IoT / field service or technical consulting.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity, telemetry systems.
- Knowledge of industrial safety systems (gas detection preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design of connected portable gas detection solutions, integrating hardware and cloud platforms.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures for real-time monitoring, emergency workflows, and fleet management.
- Define integration with enterprise systems and onboarding activities; provide advanced troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.
- Deliver customer training on usage, analytics tools, and adoption; drive QBR-style engagement.
