Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technical Consultant for Connected Portables solutions within IMC to architect, deploy, and support integrated hardware–software solutions that enable real-time worker safety monitoring and compliance management. You will bridge field service, digital solutions, and customer success, ensuring adoption and lifecycle performance of connected gas detection ecosystems.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in gas detection, industrial IoT or connected devices.
Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity and telemetry systems.
Field service or technical consulting background.
Knowledge of industrial safety systems.

Responsibilities

Lead installation design of connected portable gas detection solutions, integrating hardware and cloud platforms.
Support end-to-end deployment and onboarding activities including provisioning and connectivity setup.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for connected devices, data transmission and platform integrations.
Deliver customer training on usage, analytics tools and best practices for compliance workflows.
Partner with sales and customer success to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to service offerings.
