Job summary

IQVIA in Durham, NC seeks a Project Manager to lead Connected Devices projects across all clinical trial phases. Under supervision, you will plan, initiate, execute, control and deliver work on time, within scope and budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, document guidelines, track risks, present updates at internal and external meetings, and manage project finances including revenue recognition and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a health-related field.
• Minimum three years of industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong prioritization, scheduling and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, execute, control, and deliver projects in accordance with the Scope of Work agreed with the customer.
• Lead the Connected Devices cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of assigned projects.
• Document and disseminate project guidelines; ensure the team is trained on them.
• Track progress, identify risks, and consult with superiors on corrective actions.
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
• Manage project finances, including revenue recognition and forecasts; execute change orders as needed.
• Conduct an End of Project review to confirm completion of activities.
• Keep leadership informed of issues impacting quality, budget, and timeliness; seek support as required.
• Provide input on team members' performance for career development.
