CJ (Commission Junction) is hiring a Client Strategy Manager to lead Connected Commerce strategy for a portfolio of clients, unlocking growth across affiliate, commerce media, and other performance channels.

You will serve as the primary strategic advisor, shaping investment narratives and long‑term planning while collaborating with Media, Investment, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
• 5+ years in a marketing role, ideally digital performance marketing.
• Ability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, Accounting and Technology teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Connected Commerce strategy for assigned clients, spanning affiliate, commerce media, retail media networks, display, leads, and emerging channels.
• Translate client goals into integrated growth strategies that drive incremental revenue and efficiency beyond channel performance.
• Develop clear strategic roadmaps that align investment, activation, and measurement to client objectives.
• Lead conversations with senior stakeholders and position CJ as a long-term growth partner.
• Balance ambition with practicality by proposing bold ideas grounded in business rationale.
