Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in nursery operations or related shipping.
• Solid understanding of nursery scheduling and logistics.
• Experience with safe forklift operation.
• Strong self-starter with excellent communication.
• Excellent time management and organization; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursery shipping and production schedules with production and horticulture teams.
• Manage nursery inventory and crop counts.
• Collaborate with production lead on logistics and production tasks.
• Prepare production reports and communicate issues to the manager.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to customer goals.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Work alternate schedules and overtime as needed.
