Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ congress management experience or relevant pharmaceutical marketing or medical affairs experience.
• College degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tactical sponsorship planning with internal teams to ensure effective execution and results.
• Support the creation and adherence to congress standards across activities.
• Assist in pre-planning operations roadmap and support Senior Managers as needed.
• Lead planning for major congresses as Engagement or Tactical Lead and coordinate multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 events.
• Contribute to content development of congress communications and briefings.
• Engage with cross-functional colleagues to improve planning and execution across all phases.
• Develop Thought Leader Encounter strategies and manage budgeting for congress execution.
• Oversee booth exhibition planning, materials development, staffing, and budgeting.
• Collect metrics and insights to inform future decisions.
