Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to identify conformal coating type, cure schedule, and coating requirements.
• Ability to handle process chemicals safely and follow PPE rules.
• Ability to mix conformal coatings to correct ratios per instructions.
• Ability to perform inspections and touch-up per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, coat, and un-prepare circuit board assemblies requiring conformal coating.
• Identify coating type and cure schedule per product requirements.
• Perform 1st piece inspection and in-process audits per instructions.
• Operate and maintain an HPLV spray gun.
• Follow SDS information and dispose of waste per policy.
