Job summary

Celestica in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Production Operator 3 to support conformal coat, silicone, and potting processes in a manufacturing environment. The role requires reading blueprints and process sheets, working with minimal supervision, and coordinating with lead, supervisors, and engineers.

Responsibilities include handling tools, following safety regs, performing inspections, and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• One to two years of similar manufacturing experience is required.
• Must be able to read ruler and inspection equipment for first article approval.
• Must pass IPC-610 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Obtain tools and materials as required to perform tasks.
• Mask parts to meet dimensions on blueprints and process sheets.
• Inspect finished parts using tape, bake, and black light; ensure coatings meet requirements.
• Read blueprints and process sheets and follow written and oral instructions.
