Lewis Brisbois, a national AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a Conflicts Supervisor to lead the Conflicts Department in a hybrid Atlanta-based role. You will supervise Conflicts Analysts, assign work, and ensure timely, accurate conflict reviews in alignment with firm policies.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of law firm conflicts experience, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Intapp or Aderant.
The offices of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, are seeking a Conflicts Supervisor to become part of our national Conflicts Department. The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, supervising the daily workflow and activities of Conflicts Analysts and other assigned personnel within the Conflicts Department. The position provides leadership, training, coaching, and quality control oversight while ensuring timely and accurate completion of conflicts requests. The Conflicts Supervisor exercises independent judgment in assigning and prioritizing work, monitoring service levels, resolving workflow issues, and interpreting departmental policies and procedures. In addition, this position may perform conflicts research, review and analysis in support of department workload. This position is hybrid; fully remote opportunities are available.
