LPM Institute in Minneapolis seeks a professional to conduct conflicts analysis, supporting legal compliance and ethics management within the firm. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and a minimum of three years of experience in a legal or professional service environment.

This position reports to the General Counsel of the Firm and supports critical ethics and risk management operations of the firm. The incumbent conducts conflicts analysis for new hires and new business in addition to supporting various legal compliance and professional responsibility activities conducted by Firm Counsel (General Counsel and Assistant General Counsels).

The salary range for this role is $91,000 - $121,000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual’s unique qualifications and experience.
