The position requires 2+ years as a conflicts analyst in a law firm and experience with risk apps like Intapp/Open, Elite 3E, or Aderant. Hybrid work up to 2 remote days, with strong internal training.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as Conflicts Analyst or Conflicts Specialist in a law firm.
- Experience with legal risk apps such as Intapp Open/Conflicts, Elite 3E, or Aderant.
- Proficient in Boolean search and legal research indexes.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree desirable.
Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict of interest searches for prospective clients and matters.
- Assess and report potential ethical or commercial conflicts.
- Maintain corporate profiles and entity hierarchies in the database.
- Oversee new matter intake and verify compliance before files open.
- Open, edit, close, and audit client/matter records; generate reports.
- Train team members on conflict procedures and act as intake SME.
