Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process formal and informal conflict search requests related to lateral partner transfers.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and secretaries to clarify submitted information.
  • Communicate results of conflict searches to the Conflicts Attorney.
  • Audit and correct search details in the conflicts database.
  • Research new Firm clients using industry search tools and platforms.
  • Provide telephone and email assistance to attorneys and secretaries to interpret reports and troubleshoot database issues.

Target Hiring Range $91,000 - $115,000Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
