Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX seeks a Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst I to support institutional compliance with COI/ICOI requirements. Under minimal supervision, you review financial disclosures, monitor outside activity requests, and assist with sponsor reporting.

The role includes maintaining compliance records, guiding faculty and staff on disclosure, handling communications for COI office, and supporting committees. Bachelor’s degree and 1 year related experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with disclosures and sponsor reporting for COI/ICOI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts preliminary reviews of financial disclosures and outside activity requests.
• Performs routine monitoring and prepares sponsor reports.
• Manages COI Office communications and responds to inquiries.
• Provides administrative support to COI and ICOI committees.
• Assists with training, compliance outreach, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Maintains compliance databases, records, and documentation.
• Monitors regulatory developments related to disclosure and COI requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
