Configured Solutions Project Specialist

Your role:

  • Deliver outstanding internal customer service by providing technical expertise in a consultative manner.
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide quotes for customers, utilizing the Apttus tool.
  • Translate the Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring catalog of products into solutions, focusing on addressing unique customer clinical workflow challenges.
  • Manage and track large projects, collaborating closely with the sales organization to ensure project scope accuracy through Salesforce.
  • Maintain and develop exceptional knowledge of the complex Patient Monitoring Catalog.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales support, technical support, and/or customer service. You are Lean Basic certified (or will obtain within 6 months). Knowledge of healthcare, especially capital medical equipment, is preferred.
  • You can conceptualize solutions and have experience working with CRM tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree.
  • You can perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are an independent thinker—persistent, inventive, resilient—and able to work in an ambiguous environment. A sales background is a plus.

How we work together

We believe we are better together. Office-based team members are expected to work in person at least 3 days a week; onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities; field roles are typically outside main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $95,000 to $153,000. Actual offers depend on experience, skills, location, and business needs. Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and other incentives. Our benefits include PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase, education reimbursement, and more. Details here.

Hiring decisions depend on individual circumstances. Candidates must have US work authorization; sponsorship is not provided. Relocation benefits are not available. Reside within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA. This role remains open for 45 days or until filled. Apply promptly.
