Base pay range

$90.00/hr - $120.00/hr

Korn Ferry is engaged in a search for Configuration Workflow Technical Analyst with experience in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.

We are seeking a Technical Analyst with hands-on experience in low-code platforms and workflow automation. You will support configuration, testing, and deployment of client-specific features within the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure workflows and interfaces using low-code tools to align with client requirements.
• Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure implementation quality.
• Analyze process inefficiencies and recommend solutions using automation.
• Support user acceptance testing and training.
