Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Laurel, MD seeks a Configuration Specialist on a 6–9 month on-site contract to clean up and standardise ERP data, focusing on part numbers and BOMs to boost planning and procurement accuracy.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering, identify errors, remove duplicates, and ensure complete configuration data for reliable MRP processes. Reading engineering drawings is a plus (Costpoint preferred).

Are you a Configuration Specialist / ERP Data Management professional looking for a hands-on contract where you can clean up and standardise critical MRP/ERP data, improving accuracy across part numbers and BOMs for a busy engineering and manufacturing environment?
Join a leading engineering and manufacturing business supporting mission-critical programmes. Due to increased workload, they are looking for a Temporary Configuration Specialist to help drive data integrity across their ERP system and improve consistency in part master records and Bills of Materials.
Working closely with both Manufacturing and Engineering stakeholders, you’ll take ownership of identifying errors, removing duplication, and ensuring part information is complete and usable for planning and procurement.
