Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. seeks a Configuration/Requirements Engineer to manage system requirements, baselines, configuration items, and engineering changes throughout the lifecycle.

You will ensure documentation, traceability, and proper control aligned with customer and program objectives. This role collaborates with systems engineering, software, hardware, integration, test, and program teams to maintain configurations, support change proposals, and verify requirements through design,

Qualifications

• Develop, document, maintain system requirements and baselines throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze customer and program requirements; decompose, allocate, clarify and validate.
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability from needs to design and verification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration baselines for systems, software, hardware, and documentation.
• Coordinate engineering change requests and configuration changes through approval and implementation.
• Support change-control forums with impact assessments and documentation.
• Monitor configuration records and ensure current approved baselines are documented.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, software, hardware, cybersecurity, and test teams.
