Lentech, Inc. seeks a Configuration Management professional to support the HPC Operations and Sustainment organization, focusing on the Y33 CERB and lower level CCBs. You will coordinate CM activities and maintain baselines across development, test, and production environments.

Responsibilities include assisting the CERB Chair with QA, advising Y33CERB/CCBs, and implementing CM plans, policies, and version control for software and hardware. Strong process maturity and audit skills are essential.

Formación

• Active TS.SCI w FSP through MD is required.
• CI polygraph clearance within last 5 years.
• Eight years of CM experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; Master’s may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Configuration Management support to the HPC Operations and Sustainment organization, CERB and CCBs.
• Assist CERB Chair in QA and CM for all HPC systems.
• Advise or non-voting member of Y33CERB and CCBs.
• Facilitate management of software and hardware Configuration Items (CIs).
• Create, update, and review CM Plans and related documents.
• Implement version control processes for hardware and software.
• Mature RFC processes across CERB and CCBs.
• Responsible for CM of developmental and operational systems.
• Maintain baselines across development, test, production environments.
• Use or recommend automated CM tools; tailor CM plans and policies.
• Implement CM discipline through the system life cycle.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.

• Assist the CERB Chair in providing comprehensive quality assurance and configuration management for all HPC Systems


• Serve as an advisor to (or non-voting member of) Y33CERB and CCBs


• Facilitate the management of software and hardware Configuration Items (CIs)


• Participate in the creation, update, and/review of Configuration Management (CM) Plans, and other associated documents.


• Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures


• Assist in maturing the Y33 request for change (RFC) processes across the CERB and CCBs


• Responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems.


• Works on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems.


• Uses or recommends automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures. Develops or modifies CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system.


• Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life.


• Perform change control and configuration audits.

Required

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD


• CI poly within the last 5 years


• Eight (8) years’ experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.


• A Master’s degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6).


• If assigned to a developmental program, one (1) year of experience using a source code control system for a developmental program of similar scope and complexity is required.
