Job summary

Actalent in Westminster, MD is seeking a Configuration Manager to oversee the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP) and ensure production-ready configuration. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage PLM changes, and maintain rigorous documentation controls in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure readiness of manufacturing processes. Onsite only.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Configuration Manager to oversee the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP system) and manage various tasks in our Westminster facility. This role requires a highly organized leader with a proactive, 'do-er' mentality.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage the Manufacturing Readiness Process (MRP system).
• Handle engineering changes through the change management system ENOVIA or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Identify documents needing updates and ensure configuration is ready for production.
• Manage tasks and documentation efficiently.
• Conduct contract reviews and manage task assignments effectively.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in configuration and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with ENOVIA or similar PLM systems.
• Strong task and documentation management capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
