Actalent is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join an unmanned maritime systems team in Bourne, MA. This role bridges Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure designs are buildable, testable and ready for production through hands-on troubleshooting and documentation.

The role involves working in a cross-functional design team responsible for bringing designs through first article, test, integration, and delivery to manufacturing. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on applying principles and techniques of mechanical engineering to research, develop, design, and test verified design solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.50 - $64.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
