Job summary

KSAT Inc. in Denver, Colorado seeks a detail-oriented Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to manage documentation, baselines, and change control across KSAT portfolios and programs.

The role partners with project managers, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure reviews, approvals, and records are accurate, current, and traceable, with remote flexibility and three days in the office weekly. Reporting to the US Project Manager Lead, the position supports audits, program milestones, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in configuration management, document control, or related technical field.
• Experience managing controlled docs, baselines, changes, and traceability.
• Experience coordinating change control across engineering, PM, QA and others.
• Ability to manage records and workflows across multiple projects.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CM processes and controlled documentation across multiple KSAT portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Manage reviews, approvals, revisions, distribution, and archival.
• Establish and maintain configuration baselines reflecting approved configurations.
• Coordinate engineering changes with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
• Track configuration items, revisions, approvals, and implementation status for traceability.
• Maintain configuration registers, document trackers, and change logs for program visibility.
• Support customer deliverables, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and improve CM processes and tools.
• Support program milestones and develop CM tools and standards.
