Job summary

Hepburn and Sons LLC in Dahlgren, Virginia seeks a Configuration Management Specialist to support systems engineering, integration, development, maintenance, documentation, and operation of Training Tools. This position is contingent on award/funding from the customer.

Responsibilities include scheduling, technical and analytical support for CAST Lessons and ICW, managing training configuration, and participating in CM review boards. Secret clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Secret Clearance (Ability to obtain TS/SCI)
• Experience in supporting technical documentation, baseline and change configuration items
• Experience in maintaining data and information, and audit results
• Experience with assisting in developing and implementing configuration management procedures
• Experience maintaining configuration control database, maintaining project schedules, analyzing configuration issues and development recommendations for improvement
• Shall have basic understanding of AI Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals
• Experience in sourcing, cleaning, labeling, and organizing vast amounts of data used to train AI models and ensure products from AI models function correctly, reliably, and ethically, including checking for accuracy, bias, robustness, and compliance
