Job summary

TerraPower LLC. is seeking a Configuration Management Lead in Bellevue, WA to drive the CMS across design, construction, and operations.

You will establish baselines, control configuration items, and mentor project teams in CM processes and procedures while coordinating with IT and engineering groups. The role requires experience in regulated environments and a proven ability to drive improvements, collaborate with the Digital Engineering platform, and support change control boards and design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years CM in nuclear or regulated industry, or Master's with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Process improvement experience and ability to implement continuous improvements.
• Experience with engineering strategies for new technologies and infrastructure processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document configuration management processes and procedures.
• Capability to apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
• High level of trust, integrity, and teamwork.
• Actual interviewlevel and title determined by qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Configuration Management activities, priorities, and work assignments.
• Track compliance to policies and resolve/escalate issues.
• Review CM issues, drive resolution, and update CMS processes.
• Coordinate with business and IT management to advance CM efforts.
• Ensure CMS functionality aligns with project timeframes and needs.
• Collaborate with Digital Engineering to support CMS platform.
• Review changes to CMS infrastructure and IT changes for data integrity.
• Mentor and train teams on CM services, concepts, and procedures.
• Support design reviews and change control board meetings.
• Define requirements and use cases for CMS improvements.
• Create and maintain baselines for development, test, production.
• Provide accurate CM data to support decisions and incident resolution.
