Job summary

Averro is seeking a senior Configuration Management leader to establish and own the CM function for a nuclear-focused client in the United States. The role requires deep CM expertise, strong governance, and a track record of implementing CM plans across hardware and software baselines.

You will chair change control boards, drive audits and lifecycle traceability, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure the correct, approved design information is used across programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of dedicated configuration management experience in hardware and engineering CM.
• Background in a regulated industry such as nuclear, aerospace, or defense.
• Demonstrated experience writing and implementing CM plans and managing engineering baselines.
• Experience driving CM processes, standards, and governance at a program level.
• Familiarity with CM standards such as EIA-649, CMII, or NQA-1 is a plus.
• Teamcenter or comparable PLM experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $185,000 - $210,000 DOE

Our client is building next-generation nuclear technology and looking for a senior Configuration Management leader to own and establish their configuration management function. • Experience driving CM processes, standards, and governance at a program level
