Responsibilities

• Provide cutter class maintenance, configuration management, and admin support for ELEX systems onboard IBCT assets.
• Transform MPCs within FLS-MAM and other repositories.
• Build CM sets per developing ELEX Engineering Changes.
• Process and file SFLC-ESD-47 series forms or equivalents.
• Update Configuration Items for ELEX equipment and test equipment.
• Deploy ELEX maintenance items to the IBCT fleet and verify configuration in FLS.
• Create Maintenance Standards upon MPC publication release.
• Validate APL data associated with ELEX MPCs.
• Review Electronics Integrated Logistics Support data.
• Validate maintenance sections of ELEX Engineering Change drafts.
• Provide Configuration Data Management support for development of configuration data in USCG IT Systems.
• Perform routine configuration and logistics tasks for ELEX equipment aboard USCG cutters.
• Collect and update configuration data per EC process guide.

R&K's is recruiting a Configuration/Maintenance Electronics Analyst to support USCG SFLC Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Title : Configuration/Maintenance Electronics Analyst Location : Baltimore, MD, Hybrid (with potential for remote flexibility) Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Tier 1 (NACI) Investigative Clearance/Background Start Date: Anticipated start date March 27 th , 2026, contingent upon award. Duties:

• The Contractor shall provide cutter class maintenance and configuration management and Administrative Support for the electronics (ELEX) systems onboard IBCT assets.
• The Contractor shall perform routine tasks associated with the transformation of Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) within the U . S. Coast Guard Fleet Logistics System - Mobile Asset Manager (FLS-MAM) and other repositories.
• The contractor shall build Configuration Management (CM) sets according to developing ELEX Engineering Changes.
• The contractor shall process and logically file Standard Configuration Change Form (SFLC-ESD-47 series) or equivalent.
• The contractor shall update Configuration Iterns (Cls) for ELEX equipment and test equipment.
• The contractor shall deploy ELEX maintenance items to the IBCT fleet. The contractor shall research, update, and verify ELEX configuration in FLS.
• The contractor shall create associated Maintenance Standards (MS) upon ELEX MPC publication release.
• The contractor shall validate APL data associated with ELEX MPCs.
• The contractor shall review Electronics Integrated Logistics Support data.
• The contractor shall validate the maintenance section of ELEX Engineering Change drafts.
• The contractor shall provide Configuration Data Management support to perform routine tasks associated with the development of configuration data within USCG IT Systems and configuration databases.
• The Contractor shall perform routine configuration and logistics tasks in support of ELEX equipment and systems aboard USCG cutters.
• The contractor shall collect and update configuration data as applicable to engineering changes IA W current USCG SFLC EC process guide.

Requirements, Relevant Knowledge and/or Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of all preferred systems.
• Physically capable of validating equipment in a shipboard environment which may include climbing stairs and ladders, transiting tight spaces, working in extreme heat, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all team members, internal and external Coast Guard personnel and work in a team environment, collaborating with others to solve problems and develop innovative solutions often working with a diverse group of people that are geographically dispersed.
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and write in American English using proper grammar and punctuation. Oral and written communication skills to prepare complete, logically arranged, and legally defensible technical documents for incorporation into contracts are essential. This task involves speaking to a wide variety of people both internal and external to the Coast Guard and in commercial industries that serve the Coast Guard's needs.
• Working knowledge of varying Coast Guard processes, principles, and tools. These include databases used to review, maintain, and update cutter maintenance records.
• Required to navigate the following programs to accomplish assigned tasks: FLS, NESSS, CGMS, Web-FLIS, SFLC Knowledge Library App, SMDP, Haystack, Electronic Routing tools, and STIPffiMS. Additional programs or applications may be identified to correctly complete duties.
