Job summary

TMMG, Inc. in the United States is seeking a logistics/maintenance specialist with Coast Guard experience to support the IBCT Product Line. Responsibilities include sustaining cutter configurations within the Fleet Logistics System and ensuring data integrity across MRLs and MPCs.

The role requires familiarity with CG processes and the ability to produce reporting as required. Candidates should have 3–10 years of Coast Guard logistics experience and knowledge of SFLC or equivalent maintenance

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of SFLC Fleet Logistics System or DOD equivalent maintenance/configuration management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform cutter sustainment tasks in the Fleet Logistics System (FLS).
• Provide technical support in managing Maintenance Requirements Lists (MRL), Configuration, Component types and tasks.
• Maintain the database within the FLS to manage the MRL and Configuration, enabling scheduling of tasks.
• Oversee data entries for accuracy by Data Librarian and support personnel.
• Create reports requested by the Product Line.
• Collaborate with contractors and Coast Guard personnel to ensure data consistency across assets and product lines.
• Ensure all numbering of Configuration Items, MI codes and MPCs comply with S1000D standards across product lines.
• Make modifications to maintenance tasks via CG-22 process within required time frames.
• Ensure MPCs and MIs are consistent; correct discrepancies as needed.
• Support Surface Forces Logistics Center personnel to fix FLS data issues.
• Validate all enrolled components into the database.
• Establish/maintain/modify asset configurations from Coast Guard data.
• Maintain all relevant fields in the FLS database for assigned tasks.

Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience.

Background check, US Citizenshio, and a CAC are requirements for this position. Contingent on contract award.

Perform all configuration maintenance tasks in support of the IBCT Product Line.

Requirements

• Perform cutter sustainment tasks in the Fleet Logistics System (FLS).
• Provide technical support in the management maintaining the Maintenance Requirements Lists(MRL), Configuration, Component types and tasks.
• Maintain the data base within the FLS to manage the MRL and Configuration allowing for the scheduling of all tasking.
• Oversee data entries made by Data Librarian and other entries made by support personnel for accuracy.
• Create reports requested by the Product Line.
• Work with other Contractors and Coast Guard personnel to ensure all information is correct and consistently managed between asset types and Product Lines.
• Ensure all numbering of Configuration Items, maintenance item (MI) codes and Maintenance Procedure Cards(MPC) are in accordance with the Coast Guard maintained S1000D Numbering System Standards and is consistent across all product line assets.
• Make modifications to maintenance tasks as requested through the CG-22 Process. Complete modifications within the time-frame established by the Product Line.
• Ensure information published in MPCs and MIs is consistent within FLS. If differences are identified, identify the correct information and initiate action to correct.
• Work Surface Forces Logistics Center program support personnel to correct errors/problems within the FLS data Base.
• Validate all enrolled components into the data base.
• Establish/maintain/modify asset configurations based on component data provided by the Coast Guard.
• Establish/maintain/modify all appropriate fields within FLS data base that apply to their assigned task
