Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a Data Manager to join our team. You will manage and coordinate contract data requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining accurate program metrics.

You will analyze and resolve conflicts in contract data, revise directives for coordination, and work with IPTs, data owners, and stakeholders to ensure timely submittals and proper documentation in the PLM system.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in documentation handling and formatting.
• 3+ years reading engineering drawings and documentation.
• 3+ years processing CDRLs/SDRLs per contract SOW and industry standards.
• 3+ years ensuring customer requirements are implemented and CM policy compliance.
• 3+ years using MS Word/Excel/Access

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve conflicts related to contract data requirements.
• Maintain and revise program directives for compliance.
• Load and update CDRL/SDRL tracking tools and websites.
• Coordinate with IPT and data owners for timely submittals.
• Review and release controlled documents in the PLM repository.
