Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Analyst to manage configuration control and versioning for C5ISR systems. The role emphasizes documenting processes, data interpretation, and ensuring alignment with government standards.

The position requires a applicable degree or equivalent experience, and a proven ability to conduct studies, develop ECPs, and maintain controls. Funding is contingent and citizenship plus security clearances are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline with 3 years relevant experience; OR an associate degree with 7 years; OR HS/GED with 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting configuration management studies and evaluations
  • Demonstrated experience conducting conduct work simplification and efficiency studies
  • Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedures manuals to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting data relating to C5ISR systems on varied platforms
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and tracking configuration control of technical documentation and acquisition products and data
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and supporting the development of ECPs
  • Demonstrated experience complying with and enforcing Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and documentation and data management

Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $69,450.00/Yr. - USD $115,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and three years of relevant experience;OR an associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least seven years of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma / General Educational Development (GED) and at least nine years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience conducting configuration management studies and evaluations
  • Demonstrated experience conducting conduct work simplification and efficiency studies
  • Demonstrated experience preparing operations and procedures manuals to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, organizing, and interpreting data relating to C5ISR systems on varied platforms
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and tracking configuration control of technical documentation and acquisition products and data

Desired Skills
