Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Configuration Analyst to support client configuration of benefits, pharmacy and formulary, including intake, design, configuration and in-unit testing of change requests.

The role requires a BS/BA and 1+ years of experience, plus intermediate MS Office skills and the ability to run SQL queries. Pharmacy Technician license or national certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 1+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Excel. The ability to run SQL queries and script load.
• Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures client benefits, formulary, and pharmacy changes as requested.
• Ensures due dates for change requests are met.
• Performs design, configuration, and in-unit testing of tasks for assigned clients.
• Grows understanding of MedImpact system logic for claims adjudication and benefit coding.
• Communicates effectively with clients and internal partners to document requirements and ensure delivery.
