Job summary

Our Client, an Agriculture Products company in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a Configuration Analyst to manage product structures, BOMs, and configuration data within SAP and related systems.

You will work with cross-functional and global teams to implement changes, troubleshoot issues, and drive data quality and process improvements, while providing guidance and training on configuration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of product configuration, BOMs, specifications, and engineering data management processes.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) systems and workflow tools.
• Understanding of engineering change management processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
• Experience with SAP, PTC Windchill, Creo Parametric, iPPE, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of variant configuration.
• Familiarity with cProjects, PPM, and workflow management tools.
• Agricultural product knowledge.
• Experience with process improvement and global collaboration.
