Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Stamford, CT is seeking a Manager, Conferences Growth Strategy to lead the end-to-end GTM for new conference launches, ensuring market readiness and optimal runway for commercial potential.

Qualifications

4-7+ years of relevant experience in conferences, go-to-market, strategy, product, or related field.

Responsibilities

Mobilize the end-to-end go-to-market process for new and evolving conferences, refining readiness and execution for launch.
Lead a cross-functional GTM taskforce, aligning program, sales, marketing and operations with required insights, resources and tools.
Partner with internal communications, program management and marketing to inform and align leaders on GTM timelines.
Leverage performance data and feedback to improve the GTM process and inform future planning.
Prepare and present data-driven insights and materials for meetings to drive decisions and approvals.
Lead or support strategic initiatives across partner teams to address emerging needs and priorities.
