Job summary

Gartner Conferences is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to shape technology solutions powering our conference experiences. You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and tech teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and support agile delivery.

You’ll help identify improvements, optimize processes, and enable automation and AI-enabled capabilities across Gartner conferences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owner(s) to define business needs, prioritize opportunities, and create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business initiatives, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
• Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions.
• Translating business and technology strategies into clear requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Supporting conference operations by helping resolve business and technology challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide.
