Job summary

Gartner Conferences is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to help shape and deliver technology solutions that power our conference experiences. You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and tech teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and support agile delivery across Gartner conferences worldwide.

You will analyze data, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive innovative solutions including automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or related field.
Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Customer-focused with ability to translate needs into requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Define business needs, prioritize opportunities, and write high-quality user stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives and improvements.
Analyze processes to identify problems, risks, and solutions.
Translate strategies into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
Support agile delivery and partner with technology teams throughout the lifecycle.
Assist Gartner conference operations remotely and onsite as needed.
