Corporate Learning Network (CLN) is seeking a Conference Producer to own content and speaker strategy for 4–6 conferences yearly, from concept to onsite execution. You will identify topics executives care about, craft compelling agendas, and secure top leaders as speakers.
You'll spend time talking to executives, developing ideas, writing content, and coordinating deadlines with cross-functional teams to ensure a standout conference experience.
Location: Hybrid — 1–2 days/week in our Midtown Manhattan office

Corporate Learning Network (CLN), a division of IQPC, brings together senior Learning & Development, HR, and Talent Strategy leaders from some of the world's largest companies.
Through executive-level conferences, digital content, webinars, white papers, and networking experiences, we create forums where leaders exchange ideas, share strategies, and explore what's next in the world of workforce transformation.
Now, we're looking for a Conference Producer who wants to take ownership, move quickly, and play a major role in bringing these experiences to life.
As a Conference Producer, you'll own the content and speaker strategy for 4–6 conferences each year — from the initial concept all the way through the live event.
You'll identify the topics executives care about, build compelling agendas, research and engage senior leaders, and secure VP, SVP, and C-level executives as speakers.
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage an existing event.
You'll help build it.You'll spend your time talking to executives, developing ideas, writing compelling content, managing multiple deadlines, and working cross-functionally to make sure every event delivers a great experience.
We're looking for someone who is driven, organized, confident, and comfortable taking ownership.
You don't necessarily need to come from a traditional conference production background. If you've successfully recruited, sold to, influenced, or closed senior stakeholders, your experience could translate extremely well.
You’ll know you’re succeeding when:
You won't be handed a small piece of an event and asked to manage it. You'll own your conferences from idea to execution. The speakers, the content, the agenda, and ultimately the experience — you'll have a direct impact on all of it.
You'll build relationships with VP, SVP, and C-level leaders from some of the world's largest companies. It's an opportunity to develop a network that can stay with you throughout your career.
There aren't months of waiting to see the impact of your work. You develop the content, secure the speakers, build the agenda — and then see it all come together on stage.
This role combines executive communication, relationship building, research, writing, negotiation, project management, and event execution. You’ll build a skill set that can take your career in multiple directions.
We set clear goals, measure results, and give people the opportunity to make an impact. If you're someone who likes having ownership and seeing a direct connection between your effort and your results, you'll thrive here.
CLN is part of IQPC, an established global events business with a proven track record of producing executive-level conferences and delivering high-quality experiences for business leaders.
If you're ambitious, organized, naturally curious, and energized by the idea of getting senior executives to say "yes" — we'd love to hear from you.
