You’ll ideally bring:
- At least 3 years’ experience in commercial conference production or a related commercial environment.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting speakers for conferences or professional events.
- Proven experience developing conference agendas, researching markets and securing senior-level speakers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage C-suite executives and industry leaders.
- A commercial mindset and an understanding of how conference content contributes to delegate attendance, sponsorship and event profitability.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and competing deadlines.
- A proactive, independent approach and the ambition to take ownership of your portfolio.
Experience producing conferences within financial services, private equity, investment or private markets would be particularly advantageous, although this is not essential.
