You will provide daily operational and administrative support to convention, conference, and catering events, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless event experiences from arrival to departure.

• Minimum 6+ months of hospitality experience.
• Personable and outgoing with strong communication and patience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and planners with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support conventions, conferences, and catering events.
• Maintain organized binder with information for in-house groups and events.
• Keep logbook of service requests and follow-ups; provide daily reports to the Director of Convention Services.
• Provide information on meeting rooms, wireless Internet, Business Center, and presentation services.
