Location: New York, NY (Hybrid). Must reside in the tri-state area to attend the office.

What You Would Do

As the Conference Allocations Coordinator, you will schedule meetings between investors and C-level executives for Corporate Access Conferences, prepare schedules, and provide exceptional client service through excellent organizational skills.

Your Contributions
  • Coordinate meetings for investors, internal teams, and corporate clients for conferences.
  • Collaborate with various teams to allocate Conference Days and Conferences.
  • Build relationships with corporate management and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage meeting allocations of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Maintain and distribute conference schedules.
  • Update schedules promptly as changes occur.
  • Handle high volumes of emails proactively.
  • Coordinate meeting details with contacts and sales teams.
  • Manage on-site conference logistics and last-minute requests.
  • Execute day-of-event activities for virtual or in-person events.

  • 1-2+ years' experience in meeting coordination, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Dealogic or Conference Manager is a plus.
  • Project management experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Leadership qualities that foster a positive environment.
  • Ability to develop best practices and initiate new projects independently.
  • Client-centric approach, adaptable to different client needs and work styles.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative thinker.
Compensation and Equal Opportunity

The base salary ranges from $59,000 to $75,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Salary is determined by location, experience, and skills.
