Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in New Jersey seeks a Conference Coach to support franchisees through online preparation and training. You will report to the Manager of Coaching Services and drive monthly billable hours while delivering comprehensive coaching sessions and training.

The role emphasizes client management, documentation, and collaboration with Franchise Business Consultants to support franchisee success and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year Huntington experience at the Managing Director level or above.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong commitment to the Huntington business model and knowledge of the Huntington system.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly billable hour requirements and achieve operational goals.
• Manage assigned clients through daily and weekly coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records through timely database entry.
• Deliver billable coaching and training sessions, including Initial and Interim Conferences.
• Provide Walk in Inquiry training (AE and Intake).
• Participate in operational and team meetings; collaborate with Franchise Business Consultants.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up with franchisees and franchisee staff to support success.
