Job summary

You will lead daily activities in kitchen operations, moguls, cure rooms, sanding/oiling, hard candy lines, packaging, and related systems. The role requires supervising line operators, packers, and technicians, enforcing regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience supervising production staff preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production operations across Kitchen, Moguls, Cure Rooms, Sanding/Oiling, Hard Candy line, and Packaging.
• Adjust labor and process flow to meet daily production schedules.
• Oversee start-up, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Assign duties based on job orders and supervise line workers.
• Coordinate activities with other supervisors to align departments.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, allergen control, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure QA compliance with internal programs and regulatory requirements (FDA, FSMA).
• Work with QA to resolve quality issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch reports, and traceability.
