Job summary

KLN Family Brands/Kenny's Candy & Confections seeks a Business Management Intern for summer 2027 in Perham, MN. You will work with Production Managers and the operations team to learn day-to-day supervisor responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced confectionery environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Production Managers and the operations team to learn day-to-day supervisor responsibilities.
• Assist in data collection, meetings, quality checks and supporting team members.
