We’re looking for a Business Management Intern for the summer of 2027 that is serious about a career in food manufacturing, specifically within the confectionary industry. The Opportunity

As a Business Management Intern, you’ll work closely with our Production Managers and the entire operations team to gain hands‑on experience that will help you understand the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a Production Supervisor.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the operations and continuous improvement teams to learn the business operation and the role of all supervisors and managers
  • This will include managing people, collecting data, attending meetings, checking and testing the quality of products, performing equipment inspections, conducting quality control checks, and supporting all team members

• The ability to dedicate 10-12 weeks to the internship program for the summer of 2027

• The ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a great co-worker
• The ability to work on-site at our Perham, MN facility for the summer

Compensation

The starting hourly rate of pay is $17.94 and will be a percentage of industry standards based on typical full‑time starting salaries, and will depend on your year in school and timeline to graduation.
