Job summary

Lindt, in partnership with Adecco, is seeking a Machine Operator in Stratham, NH to support production of premium confections. You will set up and run manufacturing equipment, perform routine maintenance, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role offers growth within Lindt’s global organization and a supportive onboarding through Adecco. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic Windows skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows software.
• Strong communication and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Technical aptitude in machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production.
• Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Monitor equipment performance, adjusting as necessary to meet production targets.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality procedures diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily manufacturing objectives.
• Keep accurate records of production output and equipment status.
