Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years in Sales or Category Management (CPG/retail).
• 1 year of analytics experience.
• Experience with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen).
• Experience with assort/space planning software (Apollo, Intercept).
• Experience with promo strategy development.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Create category leadership solutions delivering profitable sales growth for Club/AO Value across segments.
• Lead category insights across products, placement, shelving, pricing, and promotions.
• Influence Value by identifying opportunities and managing research projects.
• Partner with sales to translate insights into actionable category plans.
• Identify research opportunities to inform category leadership.
• Execute category solutions with measurable success & follow-through.
• Monitor and optimize category solutions using data sources and market research.
• Leverage data and tech to bring shopper ideas to retailers and Mars.

Conocimientos

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years experience in Sales or Cat.M

1 year of business analytics

Syndicated data software (IRI/Nielsen)
