The role supervises team leads and hourly staff, aligning actions with department goals and company standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing, leadership, and process optimization, with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct the work of Team Leads and hourly team members toward production objectives, safety priorities, and updates.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance coaching for continuous improvement.
• Champions safety by enforcing regulations and proactive risk management.
• Lead and optimize production activities to meet KPIs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for quality, efficiency, and equipment issues.
