The Junkluggers of Winchester & Martinsburg is seeking a dependable Junk Removal Driver to lead a two-person crew, safely operate company trucks, and deliver exceptional customer service while removing items from homes and businesses.

You will drive routes, manage field tasks, donate or recycle items whenever possible, and uphold our mission to reduce waste. Reliable, safety-minded team players are encouraged to apply; competitive hourly pay plus tips and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to meet schedules.
• Strong leadership and clear communication with crew.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and safety-minded.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate company trucks and transport crew members and materials
• Lead your crew and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns
• Provide accurate pricing and service information
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and other items
• Make decisions in the field to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Identify items for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and professional
• Help generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service
• Represent The Junkluggers brand with professionalism and integrity

Job Summary

As a Junk Removal Driver, you will lead a two-person crew, safely operate company trucks, and provide exceptional customer service while removing unwanted items from homes and businesses. You will drive routes, manage jobs in the field, communicate with customers, safely load and transport items, and ensure materials are donated, recycled, or responsibly disposed of whenever possible. This position requires leadership, problem-solving, physical labor, and a commitment to a world-class customer experience.

Compensation
