Job summary

Alexa Energy is seeking a reliable Fuel Delivery Driver to join our Reading, PA team. You will safely operate a fuel delivery truck, delivering home heating oil to residential and commercial customers while following DOT regulations and maintaining accurate delivery records.

We require a CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a clean MVR, and the ability to work early mornings and weekends in winter. Join a supportive team focused on dependable service and long-term success.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Clean driving record with a satisfactory MVR.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe fuel handling procedures.
• Able to work early mornings and weekends in wintertime busy season.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a fuel delivery truck to transport and deliver home heating oil to residential and commercial customers.
• Follow planned delivery routes efficiently while adhering to all DOT and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries on in-truck delivery software.
• Handle fuel transfer equipment, hoses, and meters with care and in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service during each delivery stop.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and report any vehicle maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns promptly.
