University of California, Riverside is seeking a Student Conduct Analyst to investigate and adjudicate student policy violations and coordinate hearings, including SVSH cases. The role entails intake processing, responding to inquiries, and assisting with scheduling for all conduct hearings.
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality and manage multiple priorities while supporting the Director and Administrative Specialist in daily operations.
The Student Conduct Analyst has duties in two main areas. First, the analyst investigates and adjudicates alleged violations of academic and social policies by University students and student organizations; develops sanctions for student and student organizations found in violation of University policies which promote personal and educational development, and maintains University standards; refers and presents cases to the Student Conduct and College Academic Integrity Committees; assists with daily operations of Student Conduct & Academic Integrity Programs; and actively participates in outreach and liaison activities. Second, the analyst provides independent, proactive, high-quality support for Student Conduct and College Academic Integrity committee hearings, and hearing coordination for Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment (SVSH) cases. The incumbent is responsible for performing initial assessment/intake for cases, including processing new incident reports and completing other tasks within a student conduct database, responding to departmental emails, providing accurate and courteous responses to UCR students, visitors and staff inquiries; assisting with scheduling for all types of student conduct and committee hearings. The incumbent must maintain the highest level of confidentiality, tact and decisiveness while working under the pressure of constantly changing priorities, unanticipated urgent demands, and multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines. Provides support to the Director and the Administrative Specialist and assists with day-to-day operations in their absence.
The salary range for the Conduct Analyst for the Student Conduct Department is $58,800.00 - $101,220.00 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $69,405.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
